YOU WILL NEED:
- Beef slices
- Enoki Mushroom
- Dark and Light soya sauce
1a.Wash the beef slices and enoki then drain the remaining water
b.Heat up the pan with oil then fry the chopped garlic with the beef and enoki
c.After it is cooked put a side.
2.Heat up the wok(you dont have to use a wok if you dont have one) with garlic until it is golden brown
3. Put in the udon, cook it until it is soften (tips- pour some water so it will be quicker to cook)
4a.When the udon its cooked, put the beef slices and enoki mushroom in ,to stir fry it together.
b. Pour some dark and light soya sauce for flavouring.
5. Mix the ingredients well together
6. Finish and ready to be serve
If you have been following my blog, you would know I love to cook but I haven't been cooking alot since I graduated because I've been super busy in the summer back home and travelling too. So finally I'm posting my own recipe to share with you all again, as a student in London myself I have to go back to the student routine which I have to cook for myself and try not to eat out alot! Here is my favourite dish and its so easy to cook, I hope you all like it and will try sometimes when u're free!
