Malaysian Style Prawn Soup Noodle

Steps for making 
  1.  Prawn Noodle paste (you can get it from China town)(image 1)
  2.  I choose prawn,sausage,fish balls,beef balls and tofu balls as the main ingredients (you can choose anything to put in your soup)(image 2)
  3. Slice the prawns,sausage and balls into bit size(image 3)
  4.  Fry the prawn with oil until it is golden brown, then remove it from the heat (image 4/5)
  5. Boil some hot water with the vermicelli until it is soften, then drain away the water (image 7)
  6. Slice the shallots(to put in the soup,I think it is more tasty) then fry it until golden brown(I like it to be quiet burnt) (image 8/9/10/11)
  7. Add the paste into a boil of water and then put all the ingredients in the soup(image 12)
  8. Put the noodles in a boil(image 13),when the soup is boiling pour it over the noodles (image 14)
  9. Finish to serve(image 15)
