Beef teriyaki and Lady fingers

Beef teriyaki
Steps for making

You will need one packet of shabu shabu beef (softer/thinner is nicer to eat), half onion, 3-4 garlic, teriyaki sauce

1.       1.Wash the packet of beef ,slice pieces into half (image1)
2.       2.Marinated with salt, pepper and 2-3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce (image 2)
3.       3.Slice the garlic and onion
4.       4.Heat the pan with olive oil, fry the onion and garlic until it is golden brown (image 3/4)
5.       5.In put the beef slices mix it with garlic and onion (image 5)
6.    6.Pour 5-6 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, until the beef, garlic and onion is soften and cooked.(image 6)
Lady fingers (vegetable) with Indonesian cooking paste (trassie/belanchan)

You will need lady fingers, half onion and 4-5 garlic (depending how much you want)

1.Slice the vegetables and wash them (image 7)
2. Heat the pan with oil, then in goes the onion and garlic (until its golden brown) (image 8)
3. Put the vegetables with the onion and garlic (mix well) add the paste into it as well (image 9)
4. Pour some water into the vegetable so it won’t get burnt while cooking and it’s easier to be soften. (image 10)
5. Finish and ready to eat :)  (image 11)
